No URLs will be polled as dynamic configuration sources
项目是分布式的，今天要把自己写的东西分出来，由于使用的IDE版本较低，分出module后启动一直报这个错。 解决： 1、因为config.properties文件是已经存在的，所以只需要把resource包标注成配置文件就好。 2、若没有，只需添加一个就可以，空的也行。
