配置xml：url is not registered

1、发现xml报错，URI is not registered ( Setting | Project Settings | Schemas and DTDs )”，翻译过来就是统一资源标识符没有注册。

2、CTRL+SHIFT+S

找到下图的1、2、3

将报错的http添加进去就行了。
