Problems encountered while deleting resources. Could not delete 'D:\workspace\jiekou\jiekou\WebRoo

报错背景： lib下面有一个jar包不用的，我想把它删除， 我关闭了tomcat，但是还是删除不掉   Problems encountered while deleting resources.   Could not delete 'D:\workspace\jiekou\jiekou\WebRoot\WEB-INF\lib\commons-lang-2.3.jar'. 怎么删除这个lib包呢
