解决数据库连接报错Listener refused the connection with the following error: ORA-12505
造成原因：这个问题是数据库监听的配置文件中sid不正确，网上查了原因，也许是网络配置ip之后出现的问题，而公司的云服务器之前正常没问题，最近管理员确实改过网络配置，并且今天重启了。 网上说要配置sid重启监听，我没有这么做，现在把我的解决办法分享给大家仅供参考： 第一步： 我的电脑→管理 找到如下样式 第二步：点击服务 在右边点击如下图所示 以上两步操作正确结束后问题解决了（我的就是这样解决
