使用Pycharm安装插件时发生错误

报错内容：pip._vendor.urllib3.exceptions.ReadTimeoutError: HTTPSConnectionPool(host=‘files.pythonhosted.org’, port=443): Read timed out.python 在你添加的时候先添加镜像 打开设置 web 也能够直接在搜索框搜索project interpreter 点击右面的➕ 打开
