编译安装ngx_http_consul_backend_module到nginx中

最近在研究将consul内容load到nginx中 在github上看到hashicorp公司的一款nginx module https://github.com/hashicorp/ngx_http_consul_backend_module 其着重说明了这个代码就是example purpose的目的 其表明： 1. 从C来调用Go是可行的 2. nginx直接link到consul是可行的
