你能够使用“net start”（启动服务）和“net stop”（中止服务）命令，它的格式是“net start 服务名称”。
好比：
net start "System Event Notification"
net stop workstation

补充：服务名有空格时，请加双引号，
net stop "Rising Personal Firewall Service"

输入：net start
而后显示的就是当前系统运行的服务名称，看oracleservice的服务是否存在。存在即表明正在运行。

卸载服务
sc delete workstation
