1.生成config文件 在cmd里输入 jupyter notebook --generate-configweb 在路径 C:\Users\xxxxx.jupyter 下找到jupyter_notebook_config.py文件，用文本文档或Notepad++打开浏览器 二、更改默认打开目录 搜索’ c.NotebookApp.notebook_dir '将本行的“#”去掉，并在后面的单引号
