maven会把resources下的xml打包成class文件,可是上面的UserMapper.xml并无放在resources下,而是单独的建了一个包,用来存放这个xml
也就是说,自动打包的时候,不会把这份UserMapper.xml打包到class文件里面,因此解决方法在pom文件中,强制的把xml文件打到class文件中
