现象：启动idea debug模式时，报错Unable to open debugger port (127.0.0.1:62698): java.net.SocketException “socket closed” 原因：在未关闭debug模式的情况下关闭了idea，导致JMX端口被占用 解决：打开cmd,关闭1099端口进程 netstat -aon|findstr “1099” taskk
