win 64位系统安装带有c编写的python模块出现ValueError: [u'path']解决

在安装Scrapy是要安装一系列的依赖模块，

出现问题：

一、error: Unable to find vcvarsall.bat

这个错误是由于python须要Vs2008的编译环境，若是你的电脑里没有安装的话就会报这个错误。

二、ValueError: [u'path']

解决 64 位 windows 下使用 pip 安装带 c 扩展的模块时，出现 "ValueError: [u'path']" 错误

安装vc2008时添加64为编译功能
