应用程序池问题，调用WebService上传文件报错：Unable to connect to the remote server
最近在做开发的时候遇到一个问题：公网上的一个项目不允许直接连接数据库，于是就自己在内网上建了一个WebService，供公网上的项目调用，可是在调用WebService上传文件时，总是报错：Unable to connect to the remote server 根据以往经验，考虑到可能是代理问题或服务引用地址问题，于是设置了代理也重新添加了服务引用，可是改完之后还是这个错误：Unable t
