第一个参数是必传的,会在初始化Time类的时候转换成秒。源代码中的convert用了一个反射的方法,因此默认调用的是_convert_to_number会直接把传入的第一个参数转换成秒,而后返回。我写的示例代码填的是timedelta,会转换成时间格式。
